SERVICES THROUGH OUR DLS ALBANY OFFICE

DLS Albany is conveniently located within close proximity to the Secretary of State and all Albany Courts. This enables us to efficiently handle all your Service and Research requests in a consistent timely manner. In addition, we also provide a full range of court and research services in the surrounding counties of Schenectady, Columbia, Saratoga, and Rensselaer Counties.

  • All DMV reports, copies and abstracts.
  • Filing and retrieval of all corporate documents and certificates (Goodstanding, Dissolutions, Incorporation and Name Search Changes, Stock Certificates..et al) through the Secretary of State.
  • UCC Services including: UCC-1, 3 and requests on 11's
  • We serve process on the Secretary of State pursuant to current sections of the New York State Business Corporation Law.
